NOVELTY - Graphene transferring method, comprises e.g. (i) generating graphene on copper to obtain copper/graphene, (ii) coating poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) on the graphene surface to obtain copper/graphene/ PMMA, (iii) coating titanium plated metal film on the PMMA surface to obtain copper/graphene/PMMA/titanium metal film, (iv) removing the copper to obtain graphene/PMMA/titanium metal film, (v) adhering graphene/PMMA/titanium metal film to target substrate to obtain target substrate/graphene/PMMA/titanium metal film, and (vi) removing PMMA/titanium metal film to obtain target substrate/graphene. USE - The method is useful for transferring graphene on target substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene transferring method, comprises (i) generating graphene on copper to obtain copper/graphene, (ii) coating poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) on the graphene surface to obtain copper/graphene/ PMMA, (iii) coating titanium plated metal film on the PMMA surface to obtain copper/graphene/PMMA/titanium metal film, (iv) removing the copper by etching to obtain graphene/PMMA/titanium metal film, (v) adhering the graphene/PMMA/titanium metal film to target substrate to obtain target substrate/graphene/PMMA/titanium metal film, and (vi) removing the PMMA/titanium metal film and subsequent processing to obtain target substrate/graphene.
