NOVELTY - Graphene modified sheet molding composition comprises 100-200 pts. wt. unsaturated resin, 0.5-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 30-160 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 5-30 pts. wt. styrene, 5-50 pts. wt. low shrink agent, 1-10 pts. wt. thickener, 1-3 pts. wt. initiator, 10-100 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 1-5 pts. wt. internal release agent, 5-50 pts. wt. 25.4 mm fiber glass and 0.5-5 pts. wt. colorant. USE - Used as graphene modified sheet molding composition. ADVANTAGE - The method improves mechanical strength by more than 30%, tensile strength, bending strength, flexural modulus, and impact the physical intensity index of sheet. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing graphene modified sheet molding composition comprising (i) providing unsaturated resin as mixed substrate, adding graphene oxide and styrene carrying out ultrasonic mixing dispersion and dispersing to obtain the first mixture, (ii) mixing first mixture with aluminum hydroxide, low shrink agent, calcium carbonate, internal release agent, colorant, initiator and thickener, and stirring to obtain the second mixture, and (iii) arranging second mixture at the corresponding position of the sheet molding material preparation equipment, spreading second mixture on corresponding substrate, uniformly sprinkling 25.4 mm fiber glass onto the underlying substrate before bonding, adhering two substrates under the traction of the sheet molding composition preparation equipment to obtain grapheme modified sheet molding composition; and (2) sheet molding material preparation equipment comprising a conveyor belt. One end of the conveyor belt is provided with a winding mechanism. The conveyor belt is provided with multiple extruding roller close to one side of the coiling mechanism. One end of the conveyor belt is provided with a first polyethylene film conveying roller. The first polyethylene film conveying roller corresponding to the conveyor belt end is provided with a first scraping glue sizing table. The upper part of the conveyor belt is provided with a second polyethylene film conveying roller. The second polyethylene film conveying roller and the conveying belt is provided with a transfer mechanism. The second scraping glue sizing table is set between second polyethylene film conveying roller and transferring mechanism. The first scraping glue sizing table and second scraping glue sizing table are arranged with sprinkling mechanism for sprinkling fiber glass. The first polyethylene film conveying roller, second polyethylene film conveying roller are wound with polyethylene film made of the unsaturated resin. The polyethylene film is used as base. The first scraping glue sizing table, and second scraping glue sizing table is filled with the second mixture. The fiber glass formed by sprinkling mechanism is sprinkled on the substrate on the first polyethylene film conveyor roller. The substrate on the first polyethylene film conveyor roller and the substrate on the second polyethylene film conveyor roller are bonded below the transfer mechanism.
