NOVELTY - The preparation method of thermally conductive additive material involves (A) mixing aqueous solution of graphene oxide and metal ion-containing aqueous solution under alkaline condition, and performing co-precipitation reaction to obtain nano-metal oxide/graphene oxide composite material, and (B) mixing the nano-metal oxide/graphene oxide composite material with alkylamine, where the alkylamine is selected from dodecylamine, tridecylamine, tetradecylamine, hexadecylamine, octadecylamine or diisotridecylamine. USE - Preparation method of thermally conductive additive material used in phase change material such as paraffin wax (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of thermally conductive additive material with excellent dispersion stability in the non-polar substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of a thermally conductive additive material as thermally conductive additive in phase change material.
