NOVELTY - High heat-conducting adhesive tape comprises 30-75 pts. wt. rubber, 25-70 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10- 50 pts. wt. heat conducting agent, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-5 pts. wt. curing agent, 2-4 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-2 pts. wt. Graphite and 2-3 pts. wt. nitride. USE - Used as high heat-conducting adhesive tape. ADVANTAGE - The tape: has excellent adhesive strength, high heat conductivity coefficient, good air exhaust, fast heat conducting and radiating and good adhesive characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high heat-conducting adhesive tape comprising (1) preparing glue water, adding the graphite, aluminum nitride into the rubber and stirring uniformly, mixing with epoxy resin based on 1-2: 1- 2, stirring at 600-900 revolutions/minute for 4-6 hours, adding heat conducting agent, antioxidant, coupling agent and curing agent, stirring for 0.5-1 hours, (2) tape coating, using coating device, coating the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film needs to be corona, where the corona value 0.5-3 KV oven temperature is 60-100℃, coating speed is 1-5 m/minutes, forming 5-40 on the polyethylene terephthalate film of the glue layer, laser engraving, forming a three-dimensional grid groove on the rubber surface and attaching the bottom film and (3) hot pressing forming, tearing the bottom film and attaching on the surface of the object to be adhered, where the hot pressing temperature is 130-170℃, the pressure is 5-20 MPa and the time is 5-60 seconds.
