▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The device has a graphene electrode that is fixed on a side of an ion leading-out end of a mass spectrometer mass analyzer. Graphene electrodes are provided with multiple small holes for ions to pass through for passage of ions separated from the mass spectrometer mass analyzer. A current and voltage detection device is directly connected with two electrodes when a graphene electrode group comprises two electrodes. The current and voltage detection device measures a current signal of ions passing through each graphene electrode separately when the graphene electrode group comprises three or multiple electrodes. The current and voltage detection device measures the current signal generated when ions pass through two adjacent electrodes. USE - Device for fast detecting ion signals in mass spectrometers of a graphene electrode. Can be used in scientific research, environmental protection, medical and health and food safety fields. ADVANTAGE - The material has graphene conductivity, high strength, stability, reducing the replacement of the electrode material. It does not use traditional ion detector, so there is no problem of aging, damage and replacement of detector, saving the cost. It measures the current signal generated by the ion motion, the size only has the relationship with the number of ions and number of charges with ions, thus avoiding signal saturation and quality discrimination. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for fast detecting ion signals in mass spectrometers of a graphene electrode. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of a device for fast detecting ion signals in mass spectrometers of a graphene electrode. 1Ion source 2Graphene electrode group 3Electrode group graphene 5Emitting port
