▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing self-floating transparent nano ultra-thin film comprises (i) preparing MXene dispersion liquid; taking MXene dispersion liquid, and suction filtering MXene film layer on substrate material by vacuum filtration to obtain MXene substrate film layer with uniform thickness; (ii) preparing ultra-thin film material dispersion liquid; taking the ultra-thin film material dispersion liquid, suction filtering nano-ultra-thin film layer on the MXene substrate film layer by vacuum filtration, so that a double-layer film structure is formed on the substrate material to obtain a double-layer film-loaded substrate; and (iii) keeping the surface of the nano ultra-thin film layer facing upward, placing the double-layer film-loaded substrate on the surface of the oxidant solution at room temperature, upward transporting the oxidant solution to MXene film layer through the capillary force of the pores of the substrate material, so that oxidant reacts with the MXene to generate bubbles. USE - The self-floating transparent nano ultra-thin film is useful for smart window, de-icer, defogger, display, thermotherapy pads, and sensor used in different fields e.g. transportation, construction, medical care, and sport. ADVANTAGE - The self-floating transparent nano ultra-thin film: has specific thickness, high light transmittance, wide selection range of preparation material, wide use range and strong plasticity.
