NOVELTY - A foamed graphene/rubber composite material comprises a graphene/rubber masterbatch and a foaming agent in a mass ratio of (20-60):(2-3). The graphene/rubber masterbatch is mainly composed of graphene composite and a rubber matrix, and contains 0.1-2 wt.% graphene. USE - The foamed graphene/rubber composite material is useful in the preparation of damping materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The foamed graphene/rubber composite material can improve the mechanical strength of damping materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of foamed graphene/rubber composite material, which involves: (1) dispersing graphene and rubber matrix in the same solvent to form a graphene dispersion liquid and a rubber solution; (2) uniformly mixing graphene dispersion liquid and rubber solution, then grinding at 10-20 degrees C for 1-6 hours, and then removing the solvent to obtain graphene/rubber masterbatch; (3) mixing graphene/rubber masterbatch with zinc oxide, stearic acid, foaming agent, additive foaming agent, carbon black or white carbon black, softened oil, vulcanization accelerator and curing agent to obtain mixed rubber; and (4) carrying out normal-pressure vulcanization treatment on the mixed rubber to obtain product.
