NOVELTY - Graphene/liquid crystal epoxy resin high thermal conductivity composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. liquid crystal epoxy resin, 10-30 pts. wt. liquid crystal functionalized magnetic graphene and 30 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - Used as graphene/liquid crystal epoxy resin high thermal conductivity composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: utilizes graphene, which can form directional arrangement under the condition of a magnetic field and small amount of graphene can greatly improve the thermal conductivity of the liquid crystal epoxy resin and improves the mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene/liquid crystal epoxy resin high thermal conductivity composite material, comprising (d) uniformly mixing liquid crystal epoxy resin solution and liquid crystal functionalized magnetic graphene and ultrasonicating for 30 minutes, (e) adding the curing agent into the mixture formed in step (d), mixing uniformly and ultrasonicating for 10 minutes, (f) removing the solvent from the mixture formed in step (ii) by rotary evaporation, and (g) placing the product of step (f) in curing mold, cold-pressing the mold a flat vulcanizer until the powder in the cavity is dense, and then placing the mold in a low-speed rotating magnetic field, heating the mold at 120-140degrees Celsius for 1-6 hours, and then curing at 150-180degrees Celsius for 1-8 hours to obtain final product.
