NOVELTY - High-performance lithium-sulfur battery cathode material comprises elemental sulfur and three-dimensional graphene in a mass ratio of 1:1. USE - Used as a high-performance lithium-sulfur battery cathode material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing lithium-sulfur battery cathode material, comprising: (i) dissolving the elemental sulfur in carbon disulfide solvent to obtain carbon disulfide sulfur solution; (ii) immersing the three-dimensional graphene in carbon disulfide sulfur solution, placing in the ultrasound environment until the carbon disulfide solvent has evaporated to obtain sulfur-doped three-dimensional graphene; and (iv) drying the sulfur-doped three-dimensional graphene in an oven at 68-72 degrees C for at least 24 hours.
