NOVELTY - Method of coating atomic force microscopy (AFM) probe tip with graphene, involves placing the to-be-coated AFM probe on the bottom of a container filled with deionized water, completely immersing the probe, floating graphene-attached film on the deionized water surface so that graphene is attached to the bottom side of the container, removing deionized water from the container, covering graphene-attached film on the tip of AFM probe, dissolving the membrane with solvent, rinsing the probe with deionized water and drying. USE - Method of coating AFM probe tip with graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides compact and uniform graphene-coated AFM probe tip having excellent durability, with high productivity.
