▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A negative electrode comprises a negative active material comprising a graphene composite comprising a structure in which microparticles and multilayer graphene are mixed. The microparticles are metal or semiconductor particles, and are bound to the surface or inside of the multilayer graphene. Some of the microparticles are mutually bonded and solidified, and the surface of the microparticles is melted by photochemical, photo-thermal irradiation or heat-treatment and solidified with graphene, so that the microparticles and graphene are bonded to form a three-dimensional nanostructure. Graphene is coated on the surface of some or all of the microparticles. The multilayer graphene comprise a three-dimensional structure in which layers of graphene are stacked and bent in an arbitrary direction. The microparticles are bound to surface or inside of graphene, and a portion of the empty space between microparticles is filled with graphene composite to have an interconnected structure. USE - Negative electrode is used for lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - By forming a stable graphene composite structure, the negative electrode has high electroconductivity. The negative electrode provides lithium-ion battery having improved charging/discharging speed, efficiency, capacity and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a lithium-ion battery, which comprises a positive electrode comprising a positive electrode current collector and a positive electrode active material layer, a solid electrolyte layer, and a negative electrode.
