▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The optical waveguide antenna device (10) has a waveguide (11) provided with a first end surface (111), a second end surface (112) and a side surface. An antenna structure (12) is located on the side surface of the waveguide. The waveguide is provided with multiple grooves. The antenna structure transmits light beam in the wave guide out of the waveguide and generates a preset distribution of light field to control particles outside the waveguide. The material of the waveguide is chosen from the group consisting of the following materials: germanium, Silicon, silicon diooxide, silicon carbide, Silicon nitride, Aluminum Oxide, Lithium niobate, chalcogenide glass, III graphene V compound and polymer material. USE - The optical waveguide antenna device is useful for a biological particle analyzer (claimed) including manipulause dielectric beads, biological cells, biological macromolecules, viruses, quantum dots, and atoms e.g. particles in the order of micron or even nano-order. ADVANTAGE - The device allows the light beam to be coupled out of the light field of the preset distribution generated after the outside of the waveguide, thus determining the position of the particles or changing the shape of particles in an efficient manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manipulating particles by a light field.
