NOVELTY - Nanoparticle comprises inner layer comprising acetyl shikonin loaded in graphene/mesoporous silicon nanocomposites, and outer layer encapsulated with hyaluronic acid. USE - Nanoparticle used for killing cancer cells (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanoparticle has hyaluronic acid outer layer which can target cancer cells for entry, and excessive expression of hyaluronidase inside cancer cells degrades hyaluronic acid outer layer which achieves release of acetyl shikonin to eliminate cancer cells and has synergistic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nanoparticle comprising preparing graphene/mesoporous silicon nanocomposites, loading acetyl shikonin into obtained nanocomposites, and sealing with hyaluronic acid.
