▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacturing carbon aerogel comprises (i) preparing aqueous graphene oxide solution, (ii) preparing regenerated silk fibroin aqueous solution by dissolving refined regenerated silk fibroin by removing sericin from silk fibroin drawn out from cocoon of Bombyx mori, (iii) mixing and stirring the solutions obtained in the above steps and freeze-drying to obtain cryogel, (iv) treating the cryogel with methanol vapor, and (v) carbonizing the methanol vapor treated cryogel at 400-2500 degrees C for 1-48 hours. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing carbon aerogel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces nano-structured carbon aerogel having high nitrogen content, high capacitance, energy density, power density, and charge / discharge stability.
