NOVELTY - Graphene-doped material aqueous-based conductive anti-corrosion coating composition comprises 10-35 g resin, 0.1-8 g graphene material, 0.01-0.6 g graphene dispersant, 0.01-2 g coupling agent I, 5-43.5 g conductive filler, 0.1-10 g adsorption reinforcing filler, 0.05-6 g toughening agent I, and 0.01-11.5 g additive I as first component, and 4.5-91 g curing agent, 1.5-25 g conductive filler II, 1-42 g toughening agent II, 0.01-5 g coupling agent II, and 0.01-8.5 g additive II as second component. USE - The graphene-doped material aqueous-based conductive anti-corrosion coating composition is useful for surface of steel bars in concrete (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition: has high conductivity, good alkali resistance, salt water resistance, good bending performance, cathodic peeling resistance, and lower adhesion loss with concrete. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-doped material aqueous-based conductive anti-corrosion coating composition comprising (1) adding graphene dispersant, coupling agent and thickener to water for dispersing, adding graphene powder, stirring to disperse, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion for /)30 minutes, the fineness is /)10 mu m, and packing, (2) preparing first component after placing 50% resin, conductive filler I, adsorption reinforcing filler, coupling agent I, toughening agent I, auxiliary agent I, water, etc. in a high-speed dispersing machine for high-speed dispersion, injecting into sand mill for grinding to a fineness of no /)50 mu m and filtering to form slurry, adding remaining 50% resin and graphene slurry to the slurry, stirring and dispersing and ultrasonically dispersing for /)30 minutes, after uniform dispersion, and filtering to obtain coating first component, adding curing agent, conductive filler II, coupling agent II, toughening agent II and auxiliary agent II to mixing container for high-speed dispersion, mixing, sampling and testing, and packaging to obtain second component, and (3) complexion first and second component according to composition ratio, stirring, and coating after 15-30 minutes of aging.
