NOVELTY - The electrochemical device has a pole piece comprising a current collector. A first layer includes a conductive agent. A specific surface area (Brunauer Emmett Teller) of the conductive agent is 60-1500 m2/g. A second layer includes an active material. The second layer is set on the current collector. The first layer is set between the current collector and the second layer. USE - Electrochemical device i.e. lithium ion battery, for an electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The first layer comprises a large specific surface area of conductive agent to improve the unit area of the network path number, so as to achieve better conductive connection effect, reduce the electronic resistance of the pole piece, and improve the multiplying power performance and the cycle performance of the electrochemical device. The surface density of the first layer is 0.03-0.3 mg/cm2, and the area ratio of the current collector is 30-100% (all claimed). The surface layer of the roughness (Ra) satisfies 0.5-1.5 microm, and the single surface thickness (T) satisfies 0.2-1 microm.
