▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An active material comprises carbon-based particles comprising pores having size of 20 nm or less, on at least one of surface and inside of particles, and a silicon-based compound containing silicon formed on the surface or inside of the pores. The ratio of peak intensity (I(515)) of the silicon in the region having wavelength of 515 nm-1 to the peak intensity (I(480)) in the region having wavelength of 480 nm-1 in the Raman spectrum, is 1.2 or less. USE - Active material used in negative electrode for lithium secondary battery (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to camera recorder, mobile phone, notebook personal computer, electric vehicle, etc. ADVANTAGE - The active material provides secondary battery having suppressed cracks due to a difference volume expansion rates between carbon and silicon during charging and discharging, and has excellent structural stability, lifespan characteristics, and capacity characteristics by maintaining small crystal grain size. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the active material.
