NOVELTY - An aqueous coating comprises 30-50 pts. wt. curable epoxy material, 50-70 pts. wt. deionized water, 0.01-5 pts. wt. oxidized graphene, 22-35 pts. wt. biuret, 14-28 pts. wt. isophorone diisocyanate, 9-25 pts. wt. tetrahydrofuran, 5-12 pts. wt. diethylene glycol, 5-12 pts. wt, thickening agent, 5-15 pts. wt. graphite powder, 5-16 pts. wt. wetting agent, 9-28 pts. wt. dispersant, 10-22 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 6-9 pts. wt. plasticizer and 15-25 pts. wt. emulsion. USE - Aqueous coating used for automobiles. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous coating has excellent strength, connection degree and does not easy to split. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of aqueous coating, which involves (I) preparing water-soluble epoxy resin emulsion, adding de-ionized water in the dispersion container, and then adding curable epoxy material and rubber latex into dispersing container, stirring at a temperature of 25 degrees C, adding biuret and isophorone diisocyanate to dispersion container and heating up to 35 degrees C , stirring for 30 minutes, adding tetrahydrofuran, stirring for 15 minutes, and filtering, (II) preparing aqueous epoxy material which can be solidified by filtering emulsion added to the pre-emulsion in container, starting emulsifying machine, adding diethylene glycol, stirring for 5 minute, adding thickening agent, graphite powder, wetting agent, dispersant, antifoaming agent, and plasticizer, emulsifying for 35 minutes, and (III) preparing aqueous epoxy coating in which oxidized graphene uniformly dispersed in aqueous system containing epoxy material that can be solidified, by ultrasonically dispersing for 5-30 minutes; and (2) device, which comprises mixer comprising mixer component, in which upper end of outer surface of middle position is fixedly equipped with motor and upper end of outer surface near side is provided with feeding port, and outer surface of lower end is provided with discharging port, motor in which lower end of outer surface through inner portion of mixer component is installed with stirring shaft, and outer surface of shaft is fixedly installed with several stirring rods. The inner side of mixer main component which is close to the position of the lower end is opened with a limiting groove. The inside of the limiting groove is rotatably installed with a limit block. The limiting block of one end of the outer surface is fixed with a baffle. The outer surface of the other end of the baffle is fixedly installed with extending to the mixer component outside of the operation rod. The inside of said mixer main component close to the lower end is fixedly installed with a filter plate. The outer surface of the operating rod close to the position screw thread of the wall outside the mixer component is connected with a locking nut.
