NOVELTY - Flame retardant antibacterial composite polypropylene filter material comprises 70-90 wt.% isotactic polypropylene, 3-10 wt.% functional negative ion release material, 3-10 wt.% nano antibacterial agent, 2-5 wt.% graphene oxide, 0.5-5 wt.% flame retardant and 1-3 wt.% dispersant. USE - Used as flame retardant antibacterial composite polypropylene filter material. ADVANTAGE - The filter material: is suitable for the removal of pollutants in the air in different environments; can spontaneously generate negative oxygen ions do not consume energy; does not generate secondary pollution e.g. ozone; quickly remove the particles; and improves the flame retardant performance; and enhances the negative ion release capacity of piezoelectric materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing a flame-retardant antibacterial composite polypropylene filter material comprising (1) preparation of functional negative ion releasing material by taking 500-1000 mesh piezoelectric materials in a three-necked flask, adding N, N-dimethylformamide as a solvent, stirring and heating to 30-50 degrees C to maintain constant temperature and adding methacrylic acid and anhydride into the three-necked flask, where the piezoelectric material, dimethylformamide and methacrylic anhydride in a mixing ratio of 1 g: 100 ml: 1 ml, stirring well for 1.5-4 hours, filtering the filtrate and rinsing with alcohol for 3-5 times and drying at 50-100 degrees C and (2) preparation of flame retardant antibacterial composite polypropylene filter material by adding the above raw materials to the mixer, mixing thoroughly, melt-blending and extruding to obtain flame-retardant antibacterial composite polypropylene filter material.
