NOVELTY - Hybrid graphene electrode comprise a graphene metal composite, which has a structure in which micro metal particles and graphene composite layer are mixed and constituted, where the micro metal particles are combined with other micro metal particles or graphene composite layer by photochemical or photothermal irradiation, then solidified. The graphene composite layer has a three-dimensional structure in which multiple layers of graphene are stacked and bent in an arbitrary direction, and a portion of the empty space between the fine metal particles is filled with the graphene composite layer and interconnected as a result flow of electrons occurs through the graphene metal composite. USE - Hybrid graphene electrode used for electrochemical sensor, where specific target material is detected using an electrochemical reaction in graphene metal composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hybrid graphene electrode has excellent sensitivity to low-concentration antigens, especially by using high electrical conductivity characteristics due to structural features, and has features optimized for immune sensors for detection of dementia-specific antigens.
