NOVELTY - Thermally-tackified thermally conductive adhesive tape comprises release layer and thermally-tackified thermally conductive adhesive layer. The thickness of release layer is 10-100 mum. The thickness of thermally-tackified thermally conductive adhesive layer is 10-150 mum. The thermally tackified thermally conductive adhesive layer is thermally conductive adhesive layer added with thermally conductive particles. USE - Thermally-tackified thermally conductive adhesive tape. ADVANTAGE - The thermally-tackified thermally conductive adhesive tape has good thermal conductivity, good bonding performance, high high-temperature retention, good mechanical properties and performance stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing thermally tackified thermally conductive adhesive tape, which involves: a. mixing components of thermally thickened thermally conductive adhesive, and stirring to stable, uniform, viscous liquid; b. coating OPP film or CPP film by knife edge or CED coating method, and placing in oven to dry to constant weight, rewinding from back; c. heating and bonding release layer at bonding roller, peeling off OPP film or CPP film, curling from back, and placing at 40-60degreesC for aging for 2-4 days after rewinding is completed, to obtain heat gain stick thermal tape.
