USE - Carbazole derived electro-crosslinkable n-type organic semiconductor of formula (I) for use in electronic device selected from organic thin film transistors, organic solar cells, organic photosensitive diodes, organic photosensitive transistors, organic light emitting diodes, quantum well diodes, colloidal quantum dot transistors, organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite diodes, organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite transistors, diodes of graphene-like structured two-dimensional materials, transistors of graphene-like structured two-dimensional materials, III-V compound semiconductor diodes, II-VI compound semiconductor diodes (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carbazole derived electro-crosslinkable n-type organic semiconductor has excellent photoelectric effect, and is obviously superior to other similar products in various indexes such as response rate, specific detection rate, adjacent pixel resistance, and patterning. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Carbazole derived electro-crosslinkable n-type organic semiconductor of formula (I) is new. Bri=bridge, independently selected from alkylene or alkyleneoxy; n=positive integer; Ar=Ar'=aromatic ring or an aromatic heterocyclic ring, and 0, 1 or multiple hydrogen atoms on the aromatic ring or aromatic heterocyclic ring are substituted by substituents; and E=group of formula (II)-VI); X and X1=CR1 or N; Y' and Y1=O, S, Se, C(R1)2, or NR1; R1=H, D, F, Cl, CN, C(=O)R2, Si(R2)3, N(R2)2, OR2, SR2, S(=O)R2, S(=O)2R2, 1-20C straight chain alkyl, 3-20C branched or cyclic alkyl, 2-20C alkenyl or alkynyl group, 6-60C aromatic group or 3-60C aromatic heterocyclic group; and R2=1-60C straight chain alkyl, 3-60C branched or cyclic alkyl, 2-20C alkenyl or alkynyl group, 6-60C aryl group, 3-60 aromatic heterocyclic group. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. a method for producing an electro-crosslinkable organic semiconductor; 2. a method for patterning a film by electrochemical polymerization, which involves using electro-crosslinkable organic semiconductor as raw material; and 3. an array of electronic devices comprising electro-crosslinkable organic semiconductor.
