▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Transparent color resin comprises a binder resin including polyurethane resin and polyacrylate resin; 2-8 pts. wt. pigment, 2-12 pts. wt. antistatic additive, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. catalyst, and 170-300 pts. wt. solvent based on 100 pts. wt. binder resin, where the polyurethane resin has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 60-100 degrees C and a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 60000-120000, and the polyacrylate resin includes at least one of methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, ethyl methacrylate and butyl methacrylate. The pigment is an azo (AZO)-based pigments or polycyclic pigments. The catalyst is a sulfonic acid-based catalyst and a phosphoric acid-based catalyst. USE - The transparent color resin is useful for manufacturing base film for adhesive film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The transparent color resin exhibits excellent adhesion performance and solvent resistance, curls at the edge of the base film for adhesive film having excellent solvent resistance so that burrs do not occur, and excellent adhesion performance and appearance; and can implement various colors while hardly lowering the total light transmittance through the optimal resin for forming transparent color layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) base film for adhesive film, comprising polyethylene terephthalate (PET) transparent film, and a transparent color layer formed on at least one surface of the PET transparent film surface in a thickness ratio of 1:0.03-0.10, where the transparent color layer is transparent color resin of one item, having a total light transmittance reduction rate of 0.01-21.5% measured by relation of total light transmittance reduction rate (%) is equal to (AB)/A, A is the total light transmittance (%) of the PET transparent film, and B is the total light transmittance (%) of the PET transparent film with a transparent color layer; and (2) manufacturing base film for adhesive film, comprising preparing transparent color resin, and coating the transparent color resin on at least one surface of the PET transparent film surface.
