NOVELTY - Composite current collector comprises an enhanced composite film and a conductive layer. The surface of the reinforced composite film is formed by physical vapor deposition. The reinforcing composite film comprises 0.1-5 pts. wt. heat-conducting reinforcing material, 0.01-1 pts. wt. coupling agent and 95-100 pts. wt. organic supporting material. USE - Composite current collector for an electrochemical device i.e. lithium-ion battery of an electronic device e.g. consumer electronics and electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The heat-conducting reinforcing material improves the conductivity and thermal conductivity of the composite current collector, so as to improve the welding efficiency of the tab. The processing performance of the reinforced composite film, and ensures the safety of the battery.
