NOVELTY - A coating comprises a component (A) and a component (B). The component (A) comprises 40-50 pts. wt. acrylate, 20-30 pts. wt. polyvinyl butyral, 25-35 pts. wt. lysine diisocyanate, 8-15 pts. wt. ( epsilon )-caprolactone, 6-9 pts. wt. phenyl tridecyl phosphite, 2-5 pts. wt. maleic acid, 1-3 pts. wt. epoxidized soybean oil, and 0.02-0.1 pt. wt. three-dimensional graphene. The component (B) is obtained by uniformly mixing 10-15 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 5-8 pts. wt. methylol melamine, 2-5 pts. wt. boron oxide, 2-3 pts. wt. magnesium stearate, 1-2 pts. wt. dihydroxy dimethyl silicone oil, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. zirconium oxide, and 0.02-0.08 pt. wt. sodium oxide, heating and reacting under the protection of nitrogen atmosphere, adding to a ball mill, and grinding. USE - Coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent scratch resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of coating, which involves (1) weighing 40-50 pts. wt. acrylate, 20-30 pts. wt. polyvinyl butyral, 25-35 pts. wt. lysine diisocyanate, 8-15 pts. wt. ( epsilon )-caprolactone, 6-9 pts. wt. phenyl tridecyl phosphite, 2-5 pts. wt. maleic acid, 1-3 pts. wt. epoxidized soybean oil, 0.02-0.1 pt. wt. three-dimensional graphene, 0-1.2 pts. wt. bamboo charcoal powder and 0-1.5 pts. wt. toner, uniformly mixing, adding to a grinding machine, grinding for 10-20 minutes, and stirring at 60-80 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, and (2) adding component (B), adjusting the pH value to 8.3-8.7, adding to a high-pressure homogenizer at 100-130 degrees C and 150 bar, stirring for 5-8 hours, and leaving still for overnight.
