NOVELTY - The graphene optical sensor (100) has a first gate electrode (21) and a second gate electrode (22) that are provided on a substrate (11). An insulating film (16) covers the first gate electrode and the second gate electrode. A graphene layer is laminated on the insulating film. A pair of electrodes are connected to the graphene layer. A first periodic structure is stacked in a first region of the graphene layer between the pair of electrodes. A second periodic structure is stacked on the second region of the graphene layer. The first periodic structure and the second periodic structure have different repetition periods. USE - Graphene optical sensor for individually detecting light beams of two wavelengths.
