▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide modified carboxymethyl chitosan composite hydrogel involves dissolving carboxymethyl chitosan in deionized water, stirring until completely dissolved, to obtain a carboxymethyl chitosan solution, adding graphene oxide to deionized water, and ultrasonically obtaining dispersed graphene oxide solution. Triphosphoric acid solution is added to carboxymethyl chitosan solution and graphene oxide solution, and stirred to obtain carboxymethyl chitosan graphene oxide composite solution. The volume ratio of carboxymethyl chitosan solution, graphene oxide solution and triphosphoric acid solution is 40-100:10-50:1. Gelatin is added to the carboxymethyl chitosan graphene oxide composite solution, stirred at 35-45 ℃ until completely dissolved to obtain graphene oxide-modified carboxymethyl chitosan hydrogels. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide modified carboxymethyl chitosan composite hydrogel for use as sustained-release drug-carrying material in drug sustained release delivery system, where the drug includes ibuprofen, bovine serum albumin and aspirin (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene oxide modified carboxymethyl chitosan composite hydrogel, which has a larger specific surface area, good swelling, thermal stability, biocompatibility and pH sensitivity, it can be used as a sustained-release material to improve the attachment site of the drug, increasing the drug load, and has good drug controlled release performance, it can prolong the release time of the drug, improves the efficacy of the drug, reduces the number of administrations, improves the precise controlled release efficiency of the drug, and is beneficial to control the in vitro release of the drug.
