▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nano powder coating comprises 25-45 pts. wt. bisphenol A epoxy resin, 5-25 pts. wt. phenolic modified epoxy resin, 10-20 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. curing accelerator, 0.5-1 pts. wt. brightener, 0.3-1.2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.2-1 pts. wt. defoamer, 20-40 pts. wt. pigment, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. benzoin, 0.01-0.06 pts. wt. loosening agent, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. bonding auxiliary agent, 0.1-2 pts. wt. nanoparticles, and 0.1-1 pts. wt. polypyrrole-modified boron nitride nanosheets. USE - The coating is useful in anti-corrosion coating (claimed) for solidifying and forming a metal surface, where the metal surface is used in green paint industry development. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has excellent chemical passivation, hydrophobicity, mechanical property, heat resistance and electrical insulation, and excellent corrosion resistance effect. The polypyrrole modified boron nitride nano sheet; is a wide band gap insulator; has a large specific surface area, low density, high heat conductivity coefficient, high thermal stability, high chemical stability and strong insulating property, very good barrier function to the corrosive medium, and no corrosion accelerating the metal/coating interface to result in failure of the coating; provide long-acting corrosion protection for metal, which different from the graphene; and does not experience galvanic corrosion, when the coating integrity is damaged. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the nanometer powder coating, comprising (I) heating and melting bisphenol A epoxy resin and phenolic modified epoxy resin, stirring, adding nanoparticles, stirring, pressurizing in a vacuum, discharging and cooling the material, melting and extruding to obtain a pre-dispersion, (II) stirring and mixing the pre-dispersion obtained in the step (I) with pigment, curing agent, curing accelerator, brightener, leveling agent, defoamer, and benzoin to obtain a mixture, (III) melting and extruding the mixture obtained in the step (II), crushing by tableting, and grinding to obtain a powder coating primer, and (IV) bonding the powder coating primer obtained in the step (III), the bonding auxiliary agent, and the polypyrrole-modified boron nitride nanosheets, cooling, and adding a loosening agent.
