NOVELTY - Special pop can coating comprises 50-100 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, 10-25 pts. wt. acrylic emulsion, 0.5-2 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 2-10 pts. wt. talc, 3-15 pts. wt. silver zeolite, 3-15 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 1-5 pts. wt. medical stone, 2-5 pts. wt. red iron oxide, 5-15 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 0.01-0.1 pts. wt. nano-yttrium oxide, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. defoaming agents, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. dispersing agents, 0.1-1 pts. wt. thickening agents, 3-15 pts. wt. ethylene glycol and 20-40 pts. wt. water. USE - Used as special pop can coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has fast curing speed, good corrosion resistance, good weather resistance and good antibacterial property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Special pop can coating comprises 50-100 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, 10-25 pts. wt. acrylic emulsion, 0.5-2 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 2-10 pts. wt. talc, 3-15 pts. wt. silver zeolite, 3-15 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 1-5 pts. wt. medical stone, 2-5 pts. wt. red iron oxide, 5-15 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 0.01-0.1 pts. wt. nano-yttrium oxide, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. defoaming agents, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. dispersing agents, 0.1-1 pts. wt. thickening agents, 3-15 pts. wt. ethylene glycol and 20-40 pts. wt. water, where the modified graphene oxide is prepared by uniformly mixing 20-35 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 50-100 pts. wt. thionyl chloride, warming to 55-65 degrees C, stirring uniformly for 15-20 hours, distilling ans concentrating under reduced pressure, to give a solid product, washing the resulting solid, drying, adding 50-100 pts. wt. diethylenetriamine, stirring the reaction at 75-90 degrees C for 25-30 hours, cooling to room temperature, filtering, washing and drying to obtain the modified graphene oxide.
