NOVELTY - Manufacturing hollow fiber film involves heating and stirring film main unit, solvent, pore-forming agent and solvent to form material liquid in dissolving kettle; conveying material liquid through conveying pump to spinning plate; spraying on spinning plate, passing through air section, and entering gel bath groove; solidifying and forming in gelling tank, and taking wire for further use. USE - Method for manufacturing hollow fiber film used as polyvinylidene fluoride film, polysulfone film, polyether sulfone film and polyacrylonitrile film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to solve problem that background technology in silk is adhered with unnecessary impurities; provides uniform gas contains solid or modifying agent in state of liquid, by controlling air flow of annular air knife to make modified agent uniformly distributed on non-solidified hollow material fiber surface to improve comprehensive performance of obtained hollow fiber film after curing in gel groove, where modified effect is confirmed by adjusting air flow, air channel, modifier size and shape.
