NOVELTY - The device has an adjustable discharging positive electrode connected with a power supply. An adjustable discharge negative plate is connected with a lower template. The adjustable discharge negative plate is connected with a power supply for forming a lower forming portion. A clamping area of an upper template and the lower template is formed as a mold cavity. A middle portion of a lower end of a movable template is provided with a rectangular lug boss structure. An upper end of a middle portion of a fixed template is provided with a rectangular groove. USE - Device for directionally arranging polymer-based filler of electric field and pressure in composite material used for preparing small thickness product such as film and sheet. ADVANTAGE - The shape of the electrode plate is changed to form space modulation electric field of different characteristics, filler tends to deflect along power line direction under action of electric field force. The device realizes controllable directional arrangement of the filler, and ensures strengthening the conductive, heat conduction and other properties in a specific direction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The polymer matrix is low density polyethylene, high density polyethylene, polyvinylidene chloride, polypropylene or polylactic acid.
