▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing copper foil comprises (a) synthesizing a carbon material oxide by heat-treating the carbon material in an oxygen atmosphere, (b) forming a plating solution by mixing the carbon material oxide with an acid solution containing a metal or a metal salt, (c) forming a metal-carbon material oxide composite film by electroplating after installing a cathode and an anode in the plating solution, and (d) preparing a copper foil by surface-treating the metal-carbon material oxide composite film. USE - The copper foil is useful in electric circuit of an electronic product i.e. mobile devices e.g. smartphones, computers, and electric vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The copper foil: has improved heat resistance, mechanical properties, and tensile force; and does not torn easily even at high temperatures; and improves quality of secondary battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for copper foil manufactured by above mentioned method.
