NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide-based hybrid bio-functional coating includes preparing graphene oxide/nano-silver composite material by preparing graphene oxide/silver nitrate solution, placing in vacuum, and obtaining graphene oxide/nano-silver composite material, adding titanium metal wafer having sand-polished surface, UV light irradiating while stirring continuously, ultrasonically cleaning with acetone, distilled water, and alcohol sequentially, adding in potassium hydroxide (KOH) solution in a reaction kettle, placing the reaction kettle in an oven, reacting and taking out. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide-based hybrid bio-functional coating. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene oxide-based hybrid bio-functional coating with excellent biological function, has low equipment investment and no environmental influence, and is simple and easy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene oxide-based hybrid bio-functional coating comprises preparing graphene oxide/nano-silver composite material by preparing graphene oxide/silver nitrate solution having graphene oxide and silver nitrate concentrations of 1.5-2.5 mg/L and 0.01-0.03 mol/L, respectively, placing in vacuum for 2-5 days, and obtaining graphene oxide/nano-silver composite material, adding titanium metal wafer having diameter of 6 mm and thickness of 2.5 mm and sand-polished surface, UV light irradiating while stirring continuously, ultrasonically cleaning with acetone, distilled water, and alcohol sequentially, adding in 2-4 mol/L potassium hydroxide (KOH) solution in a reaction kettle, placing the reaction kettle in an oven, reacting for 90 minutes at 60-80 degrees C, taking out, washing and drying, placing the graphene oxide/nano-silver composite material-grafted titanium metal wafer in 2-5 mg/ml dopamine tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane hydrochloride buffer solution with pH of 8.5 for 20-24 hours under dark conditions, taking out, washing, drying, dissolving collagen in 2-4% acetic acid solution to prepare 2-6 mg/ml collagen solution, soaking the graphene oxide/nano-silver composite material-grafted titanium metal wafer for 24 hours, and obtaining hybrid coating containing graphene oxide/nano-silver/collagen.
