NOVELTY - A graphene and metal nanowire composite transparent conductive plastic film is prepared by chemical vapor depositing graphene on copper substrate to obtain copper base/graphene film composite structure, coating metal nanowire on plastic substrate surface to obtain metal/plastic substrate composite plastic film, attaching on copper base/graphene film composite structure, thermal embossing to obtain copper base/graphene nanowire thin film/metal/plastic substrate composite structure, and electrochemical bubbling to remove copper base. USE - Method for preparing graphene and metal nanowire composite transparent conductive plastic film used for electronic device including electrochromic device, touch screen, organic solar cell and/or organic light emitting diode (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film has good flexibility, high light transmittance and conductivity, and excellent environmental stability and chemical corrosion resistance.
