▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of amino-modified graphene involves (S1) dispersing mixture of graphene and amine compound in organic solvent, grinding at speed of 60-80 rpm for 30-45 minutes to obtain slurry, and (S2) bubbling phosgene into the slurry, reacting for 20-25 hours under the conditions of 3-5 MPa and 30-50℃, filtering, washing and drying. The feeding rate of phosgene is 2-5 L/minute. USE - Preparation of amino-modified graphene used for preparing organic fluorine-graphene hybrid resin used in hydrophobic anti-corrosive coating (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses phosgene to carry out amination modification in graphene, which can promote the growth of amino groups on the surface of graphene. The method combines the amino-modified graphene with the hydroxyl-containing fluororesin to obtain organic fluorine-graphene hybrid resin, which has special graphene structure and excellent hydrophobicity of the fluorine resin, and is excellent raw material for preparing hydrophobic anti-corrosion coating. The hydrophobic anti-corrosion coating has improved anti-corrosion performance and hydrophobic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: application of amino-modified graphene for preparing organic fluorine-graphene hybrid resin; and hydrophobic anti-corrosive coating, which comprises primer and finishing coating. The primer comprises 40-60 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 25-35 pts. wt. hydrophobic filler, 2-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 2-5 pts. wt. defoamer, 1-3 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1-5 pts. wt. pigment and 50-60 pts. wt. diluent. The finishing coating comprises 15-30 pts. wt. organic fluorine-graphene hybrid resin, 5-10 pts. wt. hydrophobic filler and 30-40 pts. wt. diluent. The hydrophobic filler is at least one of white carbon black, titanium dioxide and diatomite. The diluent is ethyl acetate.
