ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, stable, environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIM are also included for preparing the compound comprising in nitrogen condition, to graphene oxide suspension, slowly adding ferrous sulfate solution, magnetic force stirring, mixing, dropwise adding potassium permanganate solution boundary edge magnetic stirring, mixing, adjusting pH to 7.5, magnetic stirring for 1 hour, keeping in the static place for 12 hour; and # the inorganic mercury (Hg2 +) detection method comprising taking People ' s Republic of China state environmental protection standard (HJ694-2014) water qualitymercury, arsenic, selenium, bismuth and antimony and testing-atom fluorescence, detecting, the used atom fluorescence AFS-830 detection condition includes negative high pressure of 270V, atomizer height of 8mm, lamp current of 30 mA, carrier gas flow rate or 300 ml/minute, shielding gas flow rate of 800 ml/minute.
