▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene slurry-modified electrothermal coating is an one-component coating comprising 30-50 pts. wt. water-soluble inorganic silicate as a binder, a conductive filler containing 10-15 pts. wt. graphene slurry and 15-30 pts. wt. carbon-based filler containing graphite, carbon black, silicon carbide and/or calcined coke, and functional additives comprising 5-10 pts. wt. flaky filler, 1-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 3-5 pts organic accelerator, 0.5-1 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-1 pts. wt. defoamer, 1-2 pts. wt. thixotropic agent and 10-15 pts. wt. deionized water. The graphene slurry contains 3-5 wt.% graphene. USE - Electrothermal coating used for power battery (all claimed) for electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The power battery containing electrothermal coating prevents decline of the electric capacity of vehicle which causes difficulties in starting the vehicle, the short mileage, and the breakdown, by placing the battery in a higher temperature environment without contacting with the cold environment. The use of water-soluble silicate as the film-forming substance and the use of graphene with excellent conductivity, improve the conductivity of the carbon-based conductive filler, thereby reducing the cost of coating. The water-based graphene conductive paste improves dispersibility of graphene in coatings, such that the phenomenon of roughness of the original graphene paste in the later stage, ensures the heating performance of low-voltage electric heating coatings. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the electrothermal coating.
