▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene (GR)/nano-scale silicon carbide (N-SiCP) composite reinforced magnesium-based composite material comprises 0.5-1.5 wt.% GR powder, 0.5-10 wt.% N-SiCP powder and magnesium powder as raw material. The sum of components is 100 wt.%. USE - Graphene (GR)/nano-scale silicon carbide (N-SiCP) composite reinforced magnesium-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene (GR)/nano-scale silicon carbide (N-SiCP) composite reinforced magnesium-based composite material solves agglomeration problem, and ensures composite material has elongation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing GR/N-SiCP composite reinforced magnesium-based composite material, which involves: (A) weighing raw materials; (B) placing weighed GR powder, N-SiCP powder and magnesium powder together in high-energy ball mill of 30-60 revolutions/minute under protection of argon to ball-mill mixed powder for 12-24 hours; and (C) extruding ball milled GR powder, N-SiCP powder and magnesium powder mixture, reciprocating extrusion, and performing ordinary forward extrusion to obtain magnesium-based composite wire, rod or plate.
