▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An aqueous acrylic resin antistatic coating comprises 40-60 wt.% modified acrylic resin, 5-15 wt.% graphene, 10-20 wt.% polyurethane, 10-30 wt.% deionized water, 3-5 wt.% thickener, 3-5 wt.% dispersing agent and 3-5 wt.% defoamer. USE - Aqueous acrylic resin antistatic coating. ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly aqueous acrylic resin coating having excellent solvent resistance due to acrylic resin modified by organosilicon compound and epoxy resin, antistatic effect, high/low-temperature resistance, antioxidant effect, stability and conductivity due to the usage of graphene, and suppressed generation of agglomerates, is manufactured efficiently with reduced energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of aqueous acrylic resin antistatic coating, which involves (i) weighing modified acrylic resin, graphene, polyurethane, deionized water, thickener, dispersing agent and defoamer, (ii) adding deionized water, thickener, partial dispersant and antifoaming agent to the prepared graphene, mixing and stirring, ultrasonically treating at a power of 350-400 W for 1-2 hours, mixing the treated mixture at a rate of 5000-6000 rpm for 50-60 minutes, centrifuging, adding the remaining portion of the dispersant, ultrasonically treating for 1-2 hours, centrifuging for 50-60 minutes, repeating the processes 4-5 times to obtain a mixed dispersion and (iii) adding modified acrylic resin and polyurethane to the mixed dispersion, heating to 60-70 degrees C, centrifuging at rate of 3000-4000 rpm for 3-4 hours, uniformly mixing, and cooling to room temperature.
