NOVELTY - Graphene bubble protection film comprises 80-90 pts. wt. polyethylene (PE) plastic film, 50-60 pts. wt. nylon, 20-30 pts. wt. high pressure polyethylene, 20-30 pts. wt. polypropylene, 40-50 pts. wt. graphene, 10-15 pts. wt. asbestos, 6-8 pts. wt. brightener, 5-6 pts. wt. opening agent, 2-4 pts. wt. adhesive and 1-3 pts. wt. anti-corrosion agent. USE - Used as graphene bubble protection film. ADVANTAGE - The film ensures protection performance, can store for long time, and has shock, impact, moisture-proof and corrosion resistant property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing graphene bubble protection film, comprising (a) taking PE plastic film according to the metering ratio, heating at low temperature, heating and placing in a spare container, (b) separately heating predetermined amount of nylon, and mixing with the spare PE plastic film, (c) mixing predetermined amount of high-pressure polyethylene, polypropylene and grapheme, thoroughly stirring in a mixing mixer, (d) heating the mixture for predetermined time, adding asbestos, heating and stirring, (e) adding adhesive and anti-corrosion agent, and continually stirring to form the final mixture, (f) adding brightener and opening agent into the mixture of the PE plastic film and the nylon to make the PE plastic film transparent and form multiple uniformly arranged bubbles, and (g) uniformly applying the final mixture to the contact faces of the two PE plastic films, and bonding with each other.
