NOVELTY - Preparing non-woven fabric comprises adding carbon fiber, polypropylene, ammonium polyphosphate, and succinylated chitosan/graphene oxide composite material to the pulverizer, pulverizing at a speed of 1000-1200 rotations/minute for 40-60 minutes, transferring to the mixing in the machine, adding phosphonic acid to modify nano titanium dioxide, methylcyclohexanediamine, banburying at 30-38 degrees C for 20-40 minutes, heating to 60-80 degrees C, adding antioxidants and performing dehydration under vacuum conditions of 0.05-0.1MPa, after keeping for 1-3 hours, adding to the injection molding machine to heat and plasticizing after dehydration, after extrusion, stretching evenly to the surface layer of the non-woven fabric base layer, and pressing the polyethylene film layer to obtain the non-woven fabric. USE - The method is useful for preparing non-woven fabric, which is useful for coating. ADVANTAGE - The non-woven fabric: has excellent ventilation property, flame retardant effect and waterproof performance; has stable structure, large breaking strength, and is not easy to break; adopts antibacterial layer, which can prevent the spraying film nonwoven fabric generate bacteria; improves the use quality of the nonwoven fabric. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing non-woven fabric comprises adding carbon fiber, polypropylene, ammonium polyphosphate, and succinylated chitosan/graphene oxide composite material to the pulverizer, pulverizing at a speed of 1000-1200 rotations/minute for 40-60 minutes, transferring to the mixing in the machine, adding phosphonic acid to modify nano titanium dioxide, methylcyclohexanediamine, banburying at 30-38 degrees C for 20-40 minutes, heating to 60-80 degrees C, adding antioxidants and performing dehydration under vacuum conditions of 0.05-0.1MPa, after keeping for 1-3 hours, adding to the injection molding machine to heat and plasticizing after dehydration, after extrusion, stretching evenly to the surface layer of the non-woven fabric base layer, and pressing the polyethylene film layer to obtain the non-woven fabric. The non-woven fabric includes a non-woven fabric base layer, a reinforcement layer, a polyethylene film layer, an antibacterial layer, and a flame-retardant layer. The non-woven fabric base layer, the reinforcement layer and the polyethylene film layer are bonded sequentially from bottom to top. The antibacterial layer is located on both sides of the reinforcement layer and is integrally formed with the reinforcement layer. The burning layer and the non-woven fabric base layer are located on the same layer and arranged in a staggered manner. The reinforcing layer includes 40-60 pts. wt. polypropylene, 42-50 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 30-50 pts. wt. succinylated chitosan/graphene oxide composite material, and 20-24 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 13-15 pts. wt. phosphonic acid modified nano titanium dioxide, 13-15 pts. wt. methylcyclohexanediamine, and 9-14 pts. wt. antioxidants.
