NOVELTY - Manufacture of three-dimensional graphene film involves mixing dry graphene powder with ethanol or purified water, stirring, ultrasonically dispersing the powder in solvent to obtain graphene suspension, filtering, ball milling, drying to obtain monolayer graphene powder, mixing terpineol and anhydrous ethanol, stirring, monolayer graphene powder, magnetically stirring, ultrasonically dispersing, stirring, adding acetylacetone and alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether to obtain a graphene slurry, applying the slurry on a fluorine-doped tin oxide glass substrate, curing and heat-treating. USE - Manufacture of three-dimensional graphene film used as electrode material for super capacitor, lithium-ion battery, thin film solar cell, and dye-sensitized solar cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient manufacture of three-dimensional graphene film with high specific surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of three-dimensional graphene film involves mixing natural graphite and sodium nitrate, reacting to obtain graphene oxide, drying the graphene oxide in an oven at 45 degrees C, grinding into a powder, injecting the powder in a crucible, placing the crucible in a muffle furnace at 300 degrees C for 2 minutes to obtain graphene powder, mixing 0.02 g dry graphene powder with ethanol or purified water, stirring, ultrasonically dispersing the powder in solvent for 10 minutes to obtain graphene suspension, filtering, ball milling, drying to obtain monolayer graphene powder, mixing 9.6 g terpineol and 9.2 g anhydrous ethanol, stirring, 0.05-0.1 g monolayer graphene powder, magnetically stirring for 20-30 minutes, ultrasonically dispersing for 20 minutes, stirring, adding 0.6 ml acetylacetone and 0.6 ml alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (emulsifier OP) to obtain a graphene slurry, applying the slurry on a fluorine-doped tin oxide glass substrate, pretreating in blast oven for 20 minutes, curing at 100-150 degrees C, and heat-treating in a muffle furnace.
