NOVELTY - An enhancing device includes a gas compression device (1), a gas pipeline (2), a graphene film hydrogen filtering device (3), three layers of graphene film filter hydrogen (4-6), three non-hydrogen gas output pipelines (7-9), hydrogen gas storage chamber (10), pure hydrogen gas conveying pipeline (11), pure hydrogen gas pressurizing workshop (12), pressurized pure hydrogen gas conveying pipe (13), hydrogen fuel production workshop (14), hydrogen fuel conveying pipe (15), hydrogen fuel battery manufacturing workshop (16), hydrogen gas exhaust pipeline (17), and hydrogen fuel battery (18). USE - Enhancing device used for producing hydrogen fuel cell. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An enhancing device comprises a gas compression device (1), a gas pipeline (2), a graphene film hydrogen filtering device (3), a first layer of graphene film filter hydrogen (4), a second layer of graphene film filter hydrogen (5), a third layer of filtering hydrogen graphene film (6), a first non-hydrogen gas output pipeline (7), a second non-hydrogen gas output pipeline (8), a third non-hydrogen gas output pipeline (9), pressurized hydrogen gas storage chamber (10), a pure hydrogen gas conveying pipeline (11), a pure hydrogen gas pressurizing workshop (12), pressurized pure hydrogen gas conveying pipe (13), a hydrogen fuel production workshop (14), a hydrogen fuel conveying pipe (15), a hydrogen fuel battery manufacturing workshop (16), a hydrogen gas exhaust pipeline (17), and a hydrogen fuel battery (18). The right side of the gas compression device is provided with a gas input pipeline. The right side of the gas pipeline is set with graphene hydrogen film filtering device. The graphene film filtering the hydrogen device from left to right is at equal distance, in turn, installing the first layer of graphene film filter hydrogen, the second layer of graphene film filter hydrogen, and the third layer of filtering hydrogen graphene film. The graphene film hydrogen filtering device the hydrogen gas storage room of left side surface of the lower part of the side wall is connected and communicated with the first hydrogen gas output pipeline. The hydrogen fuel production workshop is connected with the hydrogen fuel battery manufacturing workshop through the hydrogen fuel conveying pipe.
