NOVELTY - A graphene/gold-silver nano hybrid material preparing method involves utilizing iron-protein inducing biomimetic synthesis, taking natural graphite powder, performing oxidation and taking oxidation graphite in ultrapure water to obtain graphene oxide solution. The obtained solution is performed glucose chemical reduction method to obtain reducing graphene solution, followed by centrifuging, dispersing solid, adding dimethylformamide and 1-pyrene butyric acid-N-hydroxysuccinimide ester, stirring, centrifuging, washing, removing excess iron protein and adding sodium borohydride. USE - Method for preparing graphene/gold-silver nano hybrid material for manufacture of non-enzymatic amperometric biosensors (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene/gold-silver nano hybrid material with high detecting performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene/gold-silver nano hybrid material preparing method involves utilizing iron-protein inducing biomimetic synthesis, taking natural graphite powder, performing oxidation and taking 10 mg oxidation graphite in 50 ml ultrapure water under ultrasonically for 2 hours to obtain graphene oxide solution. The obtained solution is performed glucose chemical reduction method to obtain reducing graphene solution, followed by centrifuging for 10 minutes at a speed of 15000 rpm, dispersing solid by using ultrasonic treatment, dispersing 10 ml dimethylformamide with 0.0385 g 1-pyrene butyric acid-N-hydroxysuccinimide ester, stirring for 24 hours to obtain modified graphene 1-pyrene butyric acid-N-hydroxysuccinimide ester solution, centrifuging, removing supernanent, dissolving with 2 ml dimethylformamide, adding 2 ml 1 ferritin, stirring for 2 hours, centrifuging to remove excess iron protein, washing with 2 ml ultrapure water to obtain graphene/ferritin hybrid solution, removing ferritin molecule and hydrous iron oxide, adding 1 ml silver nitrate and 1 ml chloroauric acid solution, stirring for 20 minutes, centrifuging, dissolving with 2 ml ultra pure water.
