▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A surface multi-fold nitrogen-doped tubular graphene has a tubular structure and pipe diameter of 400-500 nm and is drape-shaped and formed by staggered stacking of nitrogen-doped graphene sheets. The tubular graphene field emission cathode material is prepared by providing single organic compound and auxiliary material of carbon source and nitrogen source at molar ratio of (2.5-3):1, mixing, grinding, and putting together with graphite substrate soaked with nickel nitrate catalyst in graphite reaction chamber of vacuum atmosphere furnace; and vacuum roasting to 1300-1350 degrees C under argon atmospshre for 25 minutes, introducing methane gas for 3-5 minutes, and naturally cooling to room temperature. USE - The surface multi-fold nitrogen-doped tubular graphene is used for field emission cathode material (claimed).
