NOVELTY - Oriented composite film with high gas barrier properties comprises coating layer and a base layer, the coating layer has a thickness of 10-500 nanometer, and the coating layer contains a first two-dimensional material oriented parallel to the surface of the coating layer, thickness of the base layer is 1-300 micrometer, and the base layer contains a second two-dimensional material oriented parallel to the surface of the base layer. The first two-dimensional material includes graphene, graphene oxide, reduced graphene oxide, chemically modified graphene, boron nitride, boron phosphide, montmorillonite, kaolin, mica, vermiculite, transition metal carbide, transition metal nitrides, transition metal sulfides, two-dimensional metal organic framework materials, and two-dimensional covalent organic framework materials are mixed in any ratio. The second two-dimensional material consists of graphene, graphene oxide, reduced graphene oxide, boron nitride, montmorillonite, and kaolin. USE - Oriented composite film with high gas barrier properties used to coating and packaging of agriculture, electronics, electrical appliances, construction, food, medical treatment. ADVANTAGE - The oriented composite film has high oxygen and water vapor barrier properties, and the barrier properties are significantly better than uncoated films.
