NOVELTY - Hybrid battery thermal management system comprises nano enhanced phase changing material (NePCM) 3, which stores the heat generated by the battery and dissipates it into the environment, heat pipes 1 comprising nano fluids and equipped with circular fins 2 and positioned beside each battery fins 4. A flanking the battery 5 is further equipped to enhance heat transfer to PCM, and dissipate heat generated and to maintain ambient temperature at high discharge rate, where system is assisted by machine learning. USE - Hybrid battery thermal management system for electric vehicle such as electric car or any hybrid vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The hybrid battery thermal management system has heat pipes comprising nano fluids and equipped with circular fins to enhance the heat transfer to NePCM where all the three components work in unison to maintain the ambient temperature which is not more than 45℃. The heat dissipation for thermal management is achieved by way of heat transfer from battery to the heat pipe evaporator which carries the heat to condenser and delivers the same to nano assisted NePCM.
