▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Electroluminescent device (10) comprises: a first electrode (110); a hole transport layer (130) disposed on the first electrode; an emission layer disposed on the hole transport layer, where the emission layer comprises quantum dots; a self-assembled monomolecular layer disposed on the emission layer, where the self-assembled monomolecular layer comprises self-assembled monomolecules; an electron transport layer disposed on the self-assembled monomolecular layer; and a second electrode disposed on the electron transport layer. USE - The device is useful in a display device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device has improved light emitting, luminous efficiency and life-span characteristics.
