(ABS), 10-30 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 4-8 pts. wt. antimony trioxide, 10-20 pts. wt. decabromodiphenyl ether, 20-30 pts. wt. tetrabromobisphenol A, 10-20 pts. wt. methacrylate-butadiene-styrene (MBS), 10-15 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 1-5 pts. wt. metastannic acid and 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. zinchydroxystannate. USE - Used as graphene-reinforced halogen-free flame retardant acrylonitrile butadiene styrene. ADVANTAGE - The product has good flame retardant property, 33-37 MPa bending strength, vicat softening point 110-120 degrees C, economical, is simple and easy, has bending strength of 3-10 MPa, elongation at 30-50 %, tensile strength 65-85 MPa, notch impact strength is 80-100 kJ/m2, oxygen index is 35-45 % and has good mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing Graphene-reinforced halogen-free flame retardant acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) comprising providing graphite, ABS, calcium stearate, antimony trioxide, decabromodiphenyl ether, tetrabromobisphenol A, (MBS), PVC, metastannic acid and stannate, (ii) adding all raw materials, stirring at 80 degrees C for 30 minutes at speed of 800 rotations/minute, mixing uniformly, (iii) melting and plasticizing and pelleting in a double-screw extruder, maintaining lower extrusion temperature at 195 degrees C, 200 degrees C, 205 degrees C, 210 degrees C, 210 degrees C, 205 degrees C at speed of 60 rotations/minute to obtain the product.
