▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involve clamping graphite powder recovered from the waste battery in the conductive wire mesh that is connected to the anode of the direct current (DC) power supply. The electrolyte in the electrolytic cell is heated to melt and keep warm. The anode and the cathode of the DC power supply are immersed in the electrolyte. The anode and the cathode are allowed to stand alone to turn on the DC power supply for electrolysis to obtain electrolytic graphite. The electrolytic graphite is taken out, washed, ultrasonically dispersed, centrifuged, and dried to obtain the graphene. The electrolyte is made of a sulfuric acid type ammonium salt. USE - Method for preparing graphene (claimed) by using waste graphite of negative electrode of lithium battery. ADVANTAGE - The method clamps the waste negative electrode graphite powder in the conductive wire mesh in a limited manner, so as to fix the negative electrode graphite. The step of preparing the waste negative electrode graphite powder into a graphite block is saved, so as to simplify the process.
